Q: What is required to secure a Howelsen Place residence prior to completion?
A:

Only 10% of the purchase price, along with a signed purchase agreement, is all that is required prior to closing 

 
Q: What kind of financing options are available to me?
A:

We are working with a number of preferred lenders to assist our new homeowners.  We can assist you in finding the most ideal financing for your needs.

 
Q: How long will I have to review the HOA docs, once I decide to move forward with my purchase?
A: 14 days for review
 
Q: Are contracts assignable?
A: Contracts can only be assigned with prior written permission of the seller, at their sole and final discretion.
 
Q: Can my residence be rented?
A:

Yes, we encourage homeowners to consider the benefits of long term or nightly rentals, based on how you see yourself using the residence.
